Order Shipment Policy

Most orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days. You will be notified via the email address given when changes have occurred with your order.
Once the order has been moved to the "processing" stage you will be notified. Once the order has been shipped you will receive another message that the order is "delivered". This means the order has been shipped and may also contain a tracking number. You can login to your account at any time to find what stage your order is in.

Some products are drop shipped from our warehouse. If your order contains multiple items, some may ship from us and some may ship from the warehouse. The shipping cost are not any higher this way due to the fact that all shipping is factored into our shopping cart on a weight basis.

Back Order Policy
Due to the high demand for some of our more popular items, back orders occasionally occur. If one or more of your items are on back order, you will be notified via email or phone as to when they will ship, You may at this time, cancel the order. Back ordered items are kept open for 30 days. After 30 days the item(s) on back order will be cancelled, at which time you may re-order.

Return/Exchange Policy

1. Re-pack the items securely with the original packaging.
2. Contact us for a Return Number at respeed@mrcmfg.com
3. Ship prepaid via USPS w/ Delivery Confirmation, FedEx Ground or UPS. Please retain your tracking number. COD shipments are not accepted.
4. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

ReSpeed / MRC MFG Returns Are Simple and Easy
We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. ReSpeed / MRC MFG will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:
• Are not opened
• Are in their original packaging
• Have original manufacturer information
• Are not used, installed, or disassembled
• Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
• Do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions

Once ReSpeed / MRC MFG have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error. There will be a 15% Re-Stocking fee on all returns unless it is a result of our error.

Items incorrectly shipped to ReSpeed / MRC MFG will not be returned. Items not purchased from ReSpeed / MRC MFG will not be accepted.

Warranties/Damaged/Defective Inspect your shipment upon arrival. Report any shipping related damage immediately to the carrier.
